Ziggo Buys Esprit, Gets Foothold In SME Market

Yesterday Dutch cable operator Ziggo announced the acquisition of Esprit Telecom, valued at €18 million. Esprit Telecom sells voice, data and hosting services to Dutch small and medium enterprises (SME).
